Storingen

General information

Living in the Zwaanschild-apartment building is pleasant. In order to keep it this way, we as owners drew up our house-rules. If you, as a potential buyer, like to inform yourself on our house-rules, please ask your real-estate agent to provide them to you.

Investors beware, short-stay not allowed!

As you have probably learned about the negative effects of the 'Short-stay fenomenon' in popular cities in the media by now, our Homeowners Assocation (HOA) has strictly prohibited renting out apartments for short-stay purposes.

Even renting out apartments for longer periods of time, e.g. to expats, has to be reported to the Homeowners Association! Objections can be made, consent is not a given.

Maintenance and reserves

Zwaanschild has a very active Homeowners Association (HOA) which makes sure we're in a healthy state when it comes to our finances, for instance regarding upcoming maintenance.

Please ask you realtor if you are interested in our Long Term Maintenance Plan.

Participation

To keep our HOA active and our building attractive we ask every owner to do his/her part and contribute. As you would, had you bought a detached house, or any other property.

Not only does this keep expenses in check, but it also contributes to good relationships with your next door neighbours!

Please note:

Realtors or potential buyers who like to receive a copy of the minutes of our last Homeowners' Association-meeting, please contact our administration office: VVE Beheer, Amperelaan 4, Rijswijk.
