Zwaanschild shares its building with HOA Leeuwschild. While at the same time, it forms an architectural unity with both Leeuwschild and Arendschild (the building next to us).
Zwaanschild consists of 6 floors and together with Leeuwschild encloses our joint garden.
In total there are 102 apartments, either with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, ranging from 65 to 155 m2 (roughly 650 to 1550 square ft), of which 12 are penthouses.
What stands out are the many different variations in apartments, most of which have a mirrored twin somewhere else in the building. The recessed balconies give a distinct look to the building. As does the woodwork, which is painted corn-yellow on the inside of the building, a warm and sunny colour.
