HomeOwners' Assocation (HOA)
When you buy an apartment in Zwaanschild, you automatically become a member of the HOA. It looks after the joint interests of our homeowners.
HOA Zwaanschild is a very active assocation with healthy participation and dito reserves.
We have hired an administrative office (VVE Beheer, located in Rijswijk) which also performs managerial duties and legally represents our HOA.
Annual meeting (actually, semi-annual meeting)
During the annual meeting, our residents sign off on the tasks undertaken by VVE Beheer.
We actually have two of these meetings annually, since this higher frequency favors the quality of decision-making on maintenance and a variety of other subjects.
